When is food delivered to my house, and do I need to be home?

We will contact you beforehand on estimated time of arrival. You do not have to be home for delivery. In additional comments just say if you have a cooler or cooler bag you can leave out, or if you would like to purchase one from us.

I am trying to reduce my carb intake. Do you have a low carb option?

Yes, we offer the option to replace the carb portion of the meal with another vegetable that is on the current weeks menu. Simply type the substitution into the special instructions.

Do you offer gluten free options?

Absolutely, We use Gluten free soy sauces, breadcrumbs/coconut flour, and as always you can substitute sides that are not gluten free with another option on the current weeks menu that is gluten free. Make sure you let us know of your allergy in the special instructions.

How do I heat my meals?

All of our meals come in BPA-free microwave and dishwasher safe containers. Simply microwave meals for approximately 2 minutes. They may take more or less time depending on your microwave strength. If you prefer to use an oven simply transfer to an oven safe container and heat to your desired temperature.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes! While our meals are prepared fresh and packaged within hours if you will not be eating them within a few days simply place them in a freezer.  To thaw place them back in the refrigerator a day before you plan to eat and follow regular re-heating directions

Are the meals allergy friendly?

We have many options available for those with allergies. All of our meals are always dairy and nut free, we can also accommodate, gluten, seafood, and egg allergies. Just make sure to put your allergy needs in the special instructions.

Do you offer Subscription pricing?

We are happy to work with clients to find a plan that works for you. If you are ordering a larger quantity of meals or simply want to lock in your orders monthly please contact us directly so that we can meet your needs.
